Single hires

The process is really simple.

  • Check availability on the Bookings Calendar
  • Read the Terms & Conditions, Hire Tariff which includes our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Notice.
  • Complete the CONTACT form or email bookings.stokememorialhall@gmail.com to confirm availability, cost and ask any questions you may have. 
  • When it is confirmed that your date is free, complete the Booking Form online, press the Submit button to send it to the Bookings Secretary.  The Bookings Secretary will then come back to you to confirm that your booking has been accepted. 
  • Our Treasurer will then send you an invoice which must be paid prior to your event. This can be done online via BACS
  • On the day the Hall will be opened and closed for you by a committee member, and if you haven't booked with us before we will take you round the building and go through fire evacuation procedures etc.

 

 

Regular classes

We welcome regular hirers on a weekly, fortnightly throughout the year or on a school term basis, so if you are an instructor or group leader and would like to know more about hiring our Hall, please get in touch:-
